How interest-list information is used

Information we collect

When a family completes the interest survey, Answered Prayers Christian Childcare collects the information they choose to share. This may include a parent or guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, optional neighborhood, broad child age categories, desired timing, schedule preferences, enrollment interest, optional planning details, comments, and whether the family would like to receive updates.

The survey is intentionally limited. It does not ask for a child's full name, exact birth date, Social Security number, medical information, disability information, health records, financial information, or payment details.

Why we collect it

This information helps us understand whether there is meaningful interest in a Christ-centered childcare option for Eugene-area families. Responses may help guide early decisions about age groups, schedules, location needs, family priorities, and whether the proposed center should continue moving forward.

Joining the interest list is not enrollment, does not reserve a future childcare spot, and does not require payment.

How information is used

Survey responses are reviewed for planning and communication related to Answered Prayers Christian Childcare. If a family asks to receive updates, their contact information may be used to share occasional news about planning progress, next steps, or future availability.
